Return and Exchange Policy

We offer 100% customer satisfaction. Item(s) must be returned in unworn condition with original receipt and tag within 14 days of our shipment. Simply fill out and send back the return slip (included with your order) listing the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.

Returns and Refunds (minus the shipping charge), will be credited back to your card and will be reflected on your following credit card statement. Exchanges for new item(s) will be charged to your credit card.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain products. If we do not have the item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you before we ship your order and offer you the option to replace the item to something of equal value or remove the item from the order. Charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.

Domestic shipping is handled by UPS based on your purchase total and weight.

Standard Delivery

Order usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items).

Express Delivery

Available for in-stock items only. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

APO and FPO Addresses

All packages sent via United States Postal Services Order will usually arrive within 21 business days (for in-stock items only)

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

Delivery within 5-7 business days (for in-stock items only) U.S. territories include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

Standard Delivery to Canada

International Standard Delivery
